*PLEASE NOTE: All orders placed from the 30th April on wards will be dispatched w/c 13th May.*

Standard shipping with tracking (generally 2-7 business days): Flat rate of $10
Express shipping (1-2 business days): Flat rate of $12.50
Free Express Shipping orders over $80
International shipping (generally 6-14 business days pending destination): Flat rate $15
Free International Shipping orders over $100

 

Orders placed on a weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Once your item has been distributed to Australia Post it becomes their responsibility and often shipping times can vary.

 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Buying swimwear and clothing online can be tricky business, especially when you can't try it on. We will happily exchange your swimwear or clothing item for a Hyams Beach Swim store credit note, as long as it is returned to us within 14 days of purchase, unworn, unwashed
and in it's original state with the hygiene strip and swing tag still in place.

SALE RETURNS POLICY
 
All items purchased during sales are final and are not valid for a store credit or exchange. Please refer to our size guide pre-purchasing.
 
CONDITIONS:
 
To be eligible to return an item and receive a store credit for your return item/s, they must;
 
- be received by us within the time frame specified above
- be unused and in the same condition as you received them. Items that have been worn cannot be returned
- have no fake tan, make up or other marks
- not smell of cosmetics, perfume, deodorant, washing powder or other products
- have all original labels and swing tags attached
 
Please note: Your returned goods will be put through a quality review, assessed and either repaired or replaced. 
If your return items do not adhere to the above, we will return your goods to you, without the issue of a credit note.

 

Please ensure that you send your item via registered post as we are not responsible for lost or misdirected exchanges if you do not have proof of shipping and tracking. 

 
PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer refunds. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
If you return a product on which duty and tax has been paid, we are unable to refund such duty or taxes.
